Site Tree component 
Added the Site Tree widget. This widget can be embedded in rich text areas to show a site tree of the site. Options allow you to specify whether all or just some of the site should be shown. Multiple trees can be embedded on the same page. Trees can also be embedded within text layout zones.

Navigation - 'Hidden' style 
Added a styling option in the Layout Manager to suppress an item from being displayed in the site navigation. Permissions & redirection are unaffected.

Fly-out navigation interaction with Flash and listboxes

Reseller impersonation for distributors 
If a distributor needs to log on to a site belonging to a client of one of their resellers, they can use their own logon, with an asterisk at the start. They will appear to be logged on as their child reseller.

User login and registration - access codes 
Added the ability to define access code to allow users to step up from membership of one usergroup to gain membership of another usergroup, by quoting the access code. Access codes are set in the User Group Manager. Previously the only access code available worked between the Visitor and the Registered Visitor usergroups.
