Design Notes can contain text, formatting, links and images. Design Notes are shown in two places:
- On a component when you hover over the Toolbox menu,
- In the Layout Manager when you hover over a component in the website tree.
The notes appear as a temporary layer floating over the page. The size of the note will expand to accommodate the content. Who sees Design Notes?
Design notes are shown to users who have permission to see the Layout Manager. Anyone who can see the Design Notes can also edit them. To edit the Design Notes
Click 'Design Notes' from either the Toolbox menu, or from the context menu in the Layout Manager website tree. |
